1. Can I pick up my order at any of your locations?

Yes. When you place an order in the shipping section select WILL CALL and in the comments section state the store that you want to pick up your product in.

2. I am TAX EXEMPT, what do I do?

Your credit card is only authorized when you place your order. In the comments section state that you are tax exempt and a customer service representative will contact you to collect some information and remove taxs from your order.

3. Is my credit card charged automatically?

Your credit card is only authorized when you place your order. Your card is charged when the order ships.

4. Can you ship on my shipping account?

Yes we can. All you need to do is select in the shipping options My Account and in the comments section specify the following: Carrier, Account Number, and How you want it shipped.

5. I want to know if you have something in stock?

6. How do we secure your information?

Your information is secure with a SSL 128 bit encryption and your credit card information is removed from our database after 90 days.

7. What are normal delivery times?

Most of the products that we offer ship within 1-2 days. Anything else that has to be ordered in usually takes about 1 week. If you need to have something immediately the best option is to call us so we can process your order immediately.
